DMCA Notice
Last updated: 2026-08-30.
TO BE COMPLETED — operator legal name respects copyright and responds to properly made notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
All artwork and games published here are original or licensed. If you nevertheless believe material on porninyourphone.com infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and we will investigate promptly and, where the notice is valid, remove or disable access to the material.
Designated agent
Notices must be sent to our designated agent:
TO BE COMPLETED — DMCA designated agent, name and email address
TO BE COMPLETED — postal address for legal notices
Please send notices only to that address. A notice sent through the contact form or to any other address may not reach the agent and does not start the process described here.
What a valid notice must contain
Section 512(c)(3) requires all six of the following. A notice missing any of them cannot be acted upon, and we will say so rather than guess at your meaning:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works at one site.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a full URL on this site, not a description.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must contain your signature; identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or if you are outside the United States, of any district in which we may be found.
Where a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material after ten business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and we retain the discretion to remove material and restrict access at any time.
A warning about false claims
Section 512(f) makes anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Consider whether the use might be lawful before sending a notice, and take advice if you are unsure.
